Matajer Mall might not be the biggest shopping center around, but it definitely stands out for how well-organized, clean, and comfortable it is. Good new mall but not a lot of shops and cafes

Amazing place in the middle of smouha area, the issue is that it is not used to its full potential yet, the mall has a great variety of four different restaurants/cafes suitable for a quick snack or regular meal, at daytime you can definitely find a place but after sunset, it becomes difficult and you might need to wait a bit to be seated in any of the cafes ….it is a decent place and every cafe there is very elegant and worthy of going there multiple times for breakfast or quick lunch or dinner in the Asian restaurant.
There is an underground parking there too for a cheap fee, 30 LE if I recall well.
