All royal canin products are available at the shop but a little bit overpriced. They have a very decent vet at the shop his name is dr Eslam who is very helpful.. parking is very difficult

The store has a wide variety of products, however it charges a 100 EGP for home delivery!! A 20km distance shouldn’t cost that much without even telling me prior to delivery!

Bought a doggie diaper for my dog for 325 pounds, and it completely fell apart as i was putting it on my dog. Obviously there was fault with the stitches and the store staff admitted it but wouldn’t take it back. Very unprofessional. Trying to stitch it back again so my money won’t go down the drain.
