The front line was very helpful and nice

The good part is that the Service center looks good and clean. The bad parts are related to time taken to receive my car after service and availability of spare parts, below is the details. I went there at 8:50 to be able to catch my work but when I went to take my car after service the employees came at 9:07 (they start officially at 9am) and had to sign in 1st which took some more minutes and he had to enter the data into the computer and they has to check something on the store, so I was able finally to take my car around 9:50 while this should have been done the day before as I was supposed to take the car the day before. The 2nd point which is very annoying is that they don’t have the spare parts (except the basic ones) for cars older than 8 years (mine is 10 years old) so they were only able to change the brake pads and filters in addition to oil but they couldn’t fix the power steering issue I had nor change the brake plates which is worn out, this is despite that it is one of the official service centers for Peugeot and Wahdan call center told me that they have spare parts when I asked about it. I wouldn’t take the effort to go again to have only basic maintenance specially that it is a long distance from my home ( at Sheikh Zayed) as they are in the industrial.
