A one of a kind experience.My family and I had a wonderful stay at Giza Palace Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful.
The hotel was clean, comfortable and well looked after, with a lovely relaxed atmosphere. We also felt very safe throughout our stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable and peaceful.
A special mention must go to Ahmed, who is a great asset to the hotel. He was kind, professional and always willing to assist, making us feel truly welcome and well cared for. A special mention to Magdi Yacoub, a gentleman who is friendly, efficiant in his service to us.
The location is also very convenient for visiting Giza and the pyramids.
Highly recommended. We would gladly stay here again.

Giza Palace is truly a wow hotel in Egypt. Literally everything is great. I do believe this hotel is an example of the future of Egypt. The grounds are stunning, the rooms beautiful, and every restaurant superb. But what really stands out at Giza Palace is the level of customer service offered. Its on a level not scene anywhere else in Egypt. Truly a job well done. I also have to applaud the manager at Onu, Arlene and her staff. Professional, passionate, and they work seamlessly together. I could eat there everyday. Thank you for a wonderful experience and keep up the excellent work

الشيء الوحيد الي يشفع لهم الفطور فقط جميل جدًا 👍🏽
1/ النت سيء جدًا جدًا جدًا ، اعمل حسابك لو عندك شغل في الجوال او اجتماع عن بعد انو ما راح يزبط معاك وراح تاكل هوا
2/ الخدمة سيئة للأمانه تطلب الاكل او الطلب يوصلك متأخر جدًا
3/ واضح جدًا انو يوجد نقص في الموظفين ، والادارة مو متمكنة من ادارة الفندق
4/ الاخ محمد في خدمة الغرف خلوق ومحترم ويحاول يداري ويراضي العميل شكرًا له الصراحه يستاهل 5 نجوم
5/ الاخت امل في لوبي الفندق كل الشكر لها على اخلاقها وابتسامتها وذوقها وزميلها وائل الله يعطيه العافية يستاهلو 5 نجوم وزميلها ❤️✨
6/ لا يوجد ( كاوية ) ملابس في الغرف
7/ كل الشكر لمحمد ( ميجز ) و سيف الله يعطيهم العافية ، ومحمد جميل ❤️
8/ اخر حاجه قبل ما امشي كلمتهم الساعة 1:20 اني احتاج اعمل شك اوت الين الساعة 2 محد جاني ، الادارة عندها استهتار مرره في القست مع احترامي الشديد لهم

بشكل عام الفندق جميل والخدمة جيدة، لكن للأسف النظافة تحتاج اهتمام أكثر.
لاحظت وجود غبرة داخل الدواليب، وماكينة القهوة تحتاج تنظيف، وكذلك الكاسات لم تكن نظيفة بالشكل المطلوب، وأيضاً الشبابيك فيها غبرة.
نقاط التفتيش الكثيرة والأجهزة التي نمر منها كانت مزعجة، خاصة أننا نزلاء الفندق.
دخول سيارات أوبر صعب لأن المدخل من جهة مختلفة عن مدخل الفندق، مما سبب إزعاج وتأخير.
كما أن أصوات البواري والنادي الليلي المجاور للفندق كانت مزعجة جداً في الليل، ولم أستطع النوم، خصوصاً أن لدي تدريب في الصباح الساعة 9.
أتمنى يتم تحسين هذه الأمور لأن الفندق يستاهل يكون أفضل.
Overall, the hotel is nice and the service is good, but unfortunately the cleanliness needs more attention.
I noticed dust inside the closets, the coffee machine needs cleaning, the cups were not properly clean, and the windows were dusty as well.
The many security checkpoints and devices we had to pass through were annoying, especially since we are hotel guests.
Uber cars have difficulty reaching the entrance because it is from a different side than the hotel entrance, which caused inconvenience and delays.
Also, the noise from car horns and the nearby nightclub was very disturbing at night, and I couldn’t sleep, especially since I had training at 9 AM.
I hope these issues will be improved because the hotel has great potential.

الاوتيل جديد وحلو مرة موقعه ممتاز وهادي وللعوايل مناسب ، مليان مطاعم وخيارات كثيرة ،، فيه كوفي لونا يعرض مباريات وعنده ساندوتشات خفيفه وخيارات حلوة ،، الويتر اندرو عنده مشروب لا يفوتكم يدفي للشتاء القارس 👌👌 ولا انسى خدمة التنظيف ممتازين وامينين جدا
