Thanks kayan

Medium Well

English:

Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t good. I ordered a ribeye steak medium well, but it arrived with a clearly pink center and the meat was quite tough.

When I mentioned it, the staff insisted that this is how this cut is supposed to be and kept arguing that there’s nothing wrong with the doneness.

The issue wasn’t only the food but also the attitude. There was no real attempt to fix the problem, and I ended up leaving the rest of the food and leaving the restaurant.
