The website is not very helpful “UX Design issues”. Additionally, the property which is advertised doesn’t have the right location, the brokers always put the location wrong by choice, which is really annoying and misleading, and I don’t know if this problem is in Egypt only or is it an international problem?

Don’t recommend at all,
1.our account manager doesn’t respond for 2 months now, moreover we can’t reach anyone else.
2. They migrated to the new platform and we can’t access our account coz we don’t have the new credentials, we tried calling them 1000s of times but in-vain.
3. Our account manager stated before that we can freeze the account for a specific time, and wen we wanted to do so, she said its not applicable.
The worst customer service ever. I don’t recommend them at all

Bad customer service, the salesman doesn’t evaporate the termination policy and tried many times to get me in more bigger pakages without my approval and they are too pushy and needy.
The customer support don’t answer any phone calls.
And they don’t give responses to mails.
They aren’t effective as they say there are much better alternatives.
