One of the worst real estate developers in Egypt. I bought an apartment in their “City of Odyssia – Aliare” project back in 2018 with a delivery date in 2022 according to the signed contract. It’s 2026 and no delivery in sight. A bunch of chronic liars with a long history of broken promises over the years. It’s absolutely insane that 4.5 years have passed since the original delivery date and this sad excuse for a real estate developer still has no idea when they expect to deliver the project.

The already extremely slow construction has come to a complete hault about a year or so ago, with the current state of constructions displayed in the pics below.

Oh and be careful when going to their head office, because they’ll call the police on you if you ask for what’s yours.

Absolutely pathetic. Save your time and money and deal with someone else. Just saved you millions.

Rated for poor employee in the reception and below average hospitality, if the management is looking for improvement, they should train their employees to care about the customers and they work for the customer, they should show more professional attitude, and show customer care
