I’m extremely disappointed with the unprofessional and careless treatment from Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG). Despite their well-known name in Egypt, the level of customer service we’ve experienced is far below expectations.

We are in the process of selling our apartment, and transferring the ownership from my husband to the new buyer should have taken one day. Instead, more than two weeks have passed. When we called to follow up, we were told it would take another week — again, with no clear reason or urgency.

Even worse, nobody on the phone could answer our questions, and some representatives were shockingly rude. It seems like TMG no longer cares about their clients, perhaps because the brand has already been built and the profits made.

This kind of behavior is unacceptable for a company of such size and reputation. We expected professionalism and transparency, but received delays and disrespect instead.

I hope someone from Talaat Moustafa Group with real authority can get in touch and finally resolve this matter.
