A very big lie
All they are trying to do is tempt you in every way to buy
We were promised movie tickets, dinner, and all that
When we went to San Giovanni in Manial, they didn’t want to give us our cards unless we were sitting with someone from the sales office, because of Target, of course.
In the end, they want a lot of cash for my time, and the service they will provide has a lot of negative words from the reviews.

It was all a lie. We met a representative who told us we’d win two cinema tickets, dinner, and a car raffle. We asked him what we were getting in return, and he said it was for advertising. He said we had to go to San Giovanni in Manial the next day and leave our membership cards as collateral. We went to Manial, and they wasted a ton of time with empty talk and nonsense. There was no raffle, no dinner, and the cinema booking number was out of service. It was a complete waste of time, and their credibility was zero out of ten. And the audacity of them responding to reviews and denying what they did!

Less than one star.
This company has no connection to transparency whatsoever. The whole story is about deceiving the customer and selling them empty promises. This can’t possibly be normal.
May God hold accountable all those who participate in deceiving citizens.

I booked Casablanca Hurghada… like the door wouldn’t lock and I stayed for a whole day until someone came to fix it and the bathroom drain was clogged and there was a little less water. The bathroom in the hall was flooded and no one asked about us… except that there was almost a bathroom in the room and it was made of ceramic and it had a drain and it smelled disgusting and it was coming out into the hall… something disgusting.
