Inefficient, no one knows where to go, not helpful and every person you talk to wants money without any official documents and no one is responsible to refer to for any complaint and unprofessional staff with a lot of rouge personnel saying that they can help but with fees without any official document

This place needs lots of improvements as officers are few and it’s usually crowded and paperwork takes lot of time as a result. Not well-ventilated and doesn’t have sufficient light.
