My experience with this hospital was deeply disappointing and heartbreaking. There appears to be a stronger focus on financial gain than on genuine patient care. I observed a concerning tendency to refer patients to private clinic offices instead of providing adequate treatment on-site. In my father’s case, there was a serious lack of professional follow-up and insufficient attention to his medical history. Tragically, this negligence contributed to his passing. This raises grave concerns about the hospital’s priorities and overall standards of care. I sincerely hope that no other family has to endure what we did.

تجربتي مع المستشفى دي كانت للأسف من أسوأ التجارب، وسببتلي وجع كبير. حسيت إن اهتمامهم كله متركز على الفلوس مش على صحة المرضى. كانوا بيحاولوا بأي طريقة يحولوا المرضى للعيادات الخاصة بتاعتهم بدل ما يتابعوا الحالة صح جوه المستشفى. في حالة والدي الله يرحمه، ماكانش فيه متابعة محترمة ولا حتى اهتمام بتاريخ حالته الطبي، وده كان سبب كبير في تدهور حالته، وللأسف ده انتهى بوفاته. اللي حصل معانا مش لازم يحصل مع أي حد تاني، ولازم يكون فيه مراجعة حقيقية لمستوى الرعاية اللي بيقدموها. مش بنصح اى حد بالمستشفي للاسف.
