Those guys took a photo of my unit which listed in Airbnb then posted it in property finders platform as available for sale without permission from my side. Since I’m resident abroad, i got shocked and felt there is a game is playing behind the stage…. I called the broker number and dragged him in discussion as if I’m potential buyer. He said after agreeing on the price and before connecting you with the seller, you have to pay 5% of property value then connecting you with the seller to complete the deal… When i declared myself and informed him that I’m the owner and how you dare to list my apartment without my permission he insulted me….. I have screenshots of my own property listed under their company name, screenshots of a discussion with one of their staff claiming that he is the CEO. And will suit them legally.
