Boarding only caters for dogs that are younger than 7 years. They do not share information without trying to obtain all your personal information. There are more than 1 branch, however they charge more than 1000 egp just for boarding. When asked about grooming service, they only provided information regarding additional service add-ons as grooming. It does not look like they have grooming as a stand alone service. Hope this is helpful to others who need information. Seeing that it wasted a lot of time to get information and was referred from on chat to another chat, which is very frustrating.

******Be carful of the treats on this place
I want to share a serious concern regarding dog treats sold at East Wind ****
During a visit, I purchased treats from their shop. The product was within its expiry date, but the treats were extremely hard, very dry (almost rock-like), and had a strange smell.
After consuming them, my dog developed coughing and vomiting. Initially we thought it was a stomach issue and followed veterinary treatment, and she improved temporarily. However, a couple of days later she vomited again, diarrhea and whole body was shaking vomiting brought up large, undigested chunks of the same treats.
The treats was hard and fungus on them.
I contacted the manufacturer and was told the treats should be stored at room temperature, the product was stored in a room with no air-conditioning on. The temperature was 33 c .which is concerning given the condition of the product sold on-sites.
I strongly advise pet owners to be very cautious and inspect any treats carefully before buying any products from there shop.
There should be stricter government regulation and inspection for pet food products sold in public facilities like this, because pets cannot protect themselves.
My dog is suffering for a week now and taking her every 2 days to the vet

I want to sincerely thank Eastwind Rehab Facility and especially Captain Zakareya for the incredible effort and dedication shown throughout Max’s recovery journey.
When Max lost his ability to walk, it was an extremely difficult and emotional period. Through patience, consistency, and professional home rehabilitation training, Captain Zakareya played a major role in helping Max gradually regain strength, confidence, and mobility again.
What stood out most was the commitment, the genuine care, and the understanding that recovery is not only physical, but emotional as well.

Eastwind is truly the best place in Egypt. The team is highly professional, attentive to every detail, and genuinely cares for each dog with kindness and compassion. The environment is exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed. Every staff member is friendly, supportive, and always ready to help. You can really feel the positive energy and love in the place.

We have been going to Eastwind for almost 10 years, at first it was my go to place when i wanted to train Putchi, they are extremly professional and experienced on how to deal with dogs, help train them and train the owners as well.
Afterwards, it has been our place to go and let the dogs play, spend time with their friends and enjoy the space and activities there.
We have also tried Eastwind’s physiotherapy for my senior dog which is incredibely amazing. The doctors and the trainers there are again extremely professional and experienced to deal with each case on its own.
My dogs and I are always happy to be there.
