Bad experience, we booked for a front table and everything was settled and we paid a deposit for it.
Once we arrived at the door the manager changed his mind and said sorry we changed your table we didn’t know you are only guys so we had to change you table

المكان موقعه مميز مطل على النيل وخدماته رائعة وجميلة الاغاني رايقة والمكان مناسب للكابلز اكثر من العوائل وكمان الاسعار شوي مبالغ فيها
الشيش رهيبة جدا والشي الي يميز بوخاريست الصراحه تبعهم الشيش المشروبات والاكل متوسطة وعادية الفرع هذا بصراحه تميزه بموقعه المطل على النيل والشيش الي معه فقط

I had my reservation done a week ago, I have asked many time if I have to pay a down payment but as per the whatsapp massage they said it is confirmed, once I arrived to the reception they ignored me coz I did not pay. No one bother to help or explain although I tried to show the whatsapp conversation! The reception was really ignoring us claiming that other people were waiting and there was no line!
I know the show is good, but there is no respect or good communication to the customers.
Shame!
