The compound is currently not suitable for living in at all. They have allowed residents to move in, but there are absolutely no services available yet. The flies during the day are unbearable, and the mosquitoes are even worse at night, despite the fact that they have started spraying. The water gets cut off for 24 hours without any notice, and the electricity cuts out as well. There’s no delivery service available, and no restaurants deliver to the area — everything is considered out of zone.

The security team is incredibly respectful, and they genuinely make you feel safe and secure.
