Don’t ever trust them!
They sent me the wrong product instead of the one I ordered. It’s been 4 days now, and they keep saying they will send the correct item, but nothing has been delivered yet. Their customer service is very unprofessional and the way they
dealing with customers is disappointing.

This place used to be great. Dr. Manal was very gentle and knew exactly what she was doing.
One day, she was no longer available, and they replaced her with a new doctor. My cat hadn’t pooped for five days, and when I explained the situation, the new doctor seemed to understand. But in the end, she gave my cat medicine for diarrhea.
I asked her, “This is the medicine for constipation, right?”—just to make sure, because I had a feeling she was confused. She quickly said, “Yes.” I looked at her and asked again, and then she checked and suddenly changed her answer: “Sorry, it’s actually for diarrhea. We don’t have anything for constipation at the moment.”
This place went from heaven to absolute hell.

They advertise things they don’t have. They take the money from credit card and then say they will refund it in 3-5 business days. They advertise 30 minute delivery but 6 hours and I’m still waiting. They kept lying about when order would arrive. Turns out they only have 1 delivery time on Fridays. They dont tell you that you will be waiting for hours until after they take your credit card payment. Absolutely the worst online shopping experience. They ended up cancelling my order after taking the money from my credit card. Do not trust them.

Very clean place and Dr Rawan very decent and professional Dr I totally recommend her in Ard el golf area
