Unprofessional personnel. The engineer in charge not responding to several calls. Even complains through the short number were unsuccessful. I had to go to the office to get news about my car which I finally refused to do any service. The old staff was very professional. I’m sorry for Mercedes

Worst service. The reception staff is very rude and impolite. Once I visited the workshop my appointment was 10:00 AM the engineer stated to receive my car at 1:00 PM although I cam on time. Next visit my time was 9:00 AM I arrived 20 min late. The reception staff told me I’m late and I have to wait until he finishes all visitors !!. Really I regret that I owned Mercedes and never consider it in the future

Grate place, professional staff specially a sales consultant called Mr Haytham . He is a very respected and helpful person
