This organization is not humanitarian at all. They only help specific African nationalities and ignore everyone else. They don’t even listen to your problems. They give you a list of phone numbers that never work or nobody answers. It is very unfair and unprofessional:(

To be honest unhcr and it’s organisation aren’t working properly and they don’t give free service. maybe they’ll help 10% out of 100% refugee because they don’t want there crime to be seen by the world. From being recognized as refugee to resettlement service everything is done with money. I’m Sudanese but I paid 800 dollars in 2019 to be resettled to Germany not only me but all my friends left the country with the same method so Geneva don’t waste your money because we are paying for everything to get service or live in the country too. We have never get full service like other countries. The most independent refugees are refugees in Egypt. We do everything by ourselves

I’m just speechless. Somebody needs to mention the fact that their phone numbers do not go through. And other specific numbers that go through, they plainly ask you to keep on trying on those numbers than never go through & then hang up in your face. Pretty disappointing.

It confirm to me that the UNHCR and their partner organizations in Egypt are not help the refugees specially Sudanses refugees, but don’t worry the history will remember the issues. Me specially have experience with the partner organization of UNHCR, and i know also everyone who read this artical will say i don’t any… Just talking.

It has two halls for prayer meetings, fellowships plus 3 to 4 rooms for classes, and diffrent activities.
There are also benches outside to sit on, plus an artificial grass as a playground for the children.
It could be a little bit uncomfortable in some days, because of many children playing around.
