للاسف شركة مش مهنيه اطلاقا ، اتعاملت مع ٢ بروكر
شيماء وغيداء ،في البدايه كنت مطمنه ومرتاحه بالتعامل معاهم علي حس ان الشركه كبيره وليها اسمها ، بس المشكله مش مشكله بروكر علي اد ما هي مشكله ان ازاااي بيعرضوا شقق للبيع من غير ما يتأكدوا من صحة اوراقها ،ازاي معندهومش محامين مهنيين كفايه يعرفوا ايه الورق السليم وايه المضروب .
بعد المعاينه وخلاص الشقه عجبتني اخدت منهم صور عقود لشقه عاوزة اشتريها للتأكد من صحتها من قبل المحامي الخاص بي ، وبعد الاطلاع علي تسلسل الملكية وعلي حسب ما تم ذكره في هذه العقود ان الشقه باسم فلان( ر ) ، اذ بالمحامي بتاعي بيروح الشهر العقاري عشان يتاكد من صحه الاوراق واكتشف ان فلان( ر )اللي بيعرضها للبيع ، باعها بالفعل قبل كده لفلان( ع )يعني بسلامته عاوز يبيع الشقه مرتين واللي بيبيع ده اساسا مش صاحب الشقه حاليا يعني عاوزني اشتري من الهوا وانا اللي البس وادفع كل اللي حيلتي في شقه ورقها مش مظبوط بيعها ليا هيكون باطل اساسا . مفيش مهنيه علي الاطلاااق ،لا وكمان دفعت حق الشهر العقاري والمحامي وكل حاجه علي الفاضي ، وبعد كل ده ببعتلهم مبيردوش يعني كمان مش مهتمين بيا ك client ولا فيه حتي customer service .
وطبعا دي تجربتي معاهم وبنصح اي حد انه ميتعاملش معاهم الا لو فاضي وعنده استعداد يروح كل شويه للمحامي بتاعه و الشهر العقاري بالورق ويقعد يكع فلوس عشان يتاكد من صحة الورق لحد ما باذن الله يلاقي شقه ورقها سليم .اللهم بلغت اللهم فاشهد .

Unfortunately, this company is completely unprofessional. I dealt with two brokers, Shaimaa and Ghaidaa. At the beginning I felt comfortable dealing with them, trusting that the company was big and reputable. But the issue isn’t really with the brokers themselves as much as it is with the company’s process — how can they list apartments for sale without verifying the authenticity of the documents? How come they don’t have professional enough lawyers who can differentiate between valid and fake paperwork?

After the viewing, I liked the apartment and took photos of the contracts from them to have my own lawyer check them. After reviewing the ownership history and based on what was written in the contracts, the apartment was supposedly owned by someone (R). But when my lawyer went to the real estate registry office to verify the documents, he discovered that the same person (R) who is selling the apartment had already sold it before to someone else (A). So this person is basically trying to sell the apartment twice. And the person trying to sell it isn’t even the legal owner anymore — meaning I’d be buying thin air, and I’d be the one left paying everything I’ve got for an apartment whose sale would be invalid to begin with.

There’s absolutely no professionalism. On top of that, I paid for the legal checks and real estate registry fees all for nothing. And after all this, I messaged them and they never replied — showing zero care for me as a client, with no customer service whatsoever.

This was my experience with them, and I strongly advise anyone not to deal with them unless they have nothing better to do and are ready to go back and forth between their lawyer and the registry office with documents, spending money just to verify paperwork, hoping that eventually, by God’s will, they’ll find an apartment with legitimate documents. I have spoken the truth. God is my witness.

شركة محلية آدائها ضعيف للغاية، قدم موظفها نفسه لنا على أنها شركة عالمية والحقيقة أن حدودها هي بعض المحافظات في مصر فقط!!
مستوى خدمات الشركة لا يتوافق مع أي معايير دولية بأي حال من الأحوال.

جعلوني أوقع عقدًا لمدة 3 أشهر لا يسمح لي بالعمل مع أي وسيط آخر وإلا أدفع لهم عمولتهم بالكامل ! من ناحية أخرى ، بدأ موظفهم في تسويق عقاري في الشهر الأخير من العقد مما تسبب في خسارة شهرين.

كما أنهم يلحون على أكثر عدد من سنين الإيجار بين المالك والمستأجر حتى يحصلوا على أكثر نسبة عمولة وهذا هو الشي المهم الوحيد لديهم.

خدمتهم بعد ذلك كانت أقل من المعتاد ، فهم لا يراجعون عقودهم ، ولم ينصحوا المالك ولا
بالمستأجر أو يحاولوا جعل عقودهم قانونية ، إنهم يريدون فقط أخذ العمولة والهرب.
بالعمولة التي أخذوها ويخبط المالك والمستأجر رؤوسهم في الحائط

لا أنصح أبدا بالتعامل معهم أبدا

Local company, their employee introduced the company as International brand although it is not and their level of service doesn’t meet any international standard. they made me sign a contract for 3 months that doesn’t allow me to work with any other broker or I have to pay them their commission fully,! on the other hand their broker started marketing my property in the last month of the contract causing me loss of two months.
They pushed for what get them the highest commission regardless of anyone else benefit !
Their service after that was less than ordinary, they Don’t proofread their contracts, they didn’t advice neither the landlord nor the tenant or try to make their contracts legal, they just want to take the commission and run away.
