The best nail technician ever, the staff are really super professional and very knowledgeable it was my first time and definitely won’t be the last my nails were totally damaged and Ms. Amal Ahmed the technician fixed them all in a very professional way I loved them, thank you I’ll always be your guest ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I’ve tried several times to book a lash appointment with this salon, and every time there seems to be a different excuse. One time, the lash technician wasn’t there, another time they said all the appointments were fully booked.

The last time I tried to book, I contacted them on WhatsApp. They initially said “okay and then five minutes later told me that the lash technician had an emergency and wouldn’t be coming in.

What made the situation even more frustrating is that when I went there for another appointment, I actually saw the lash technician there, asleep.

I spoke to them about it and expressed how disappointed I was. They denied ever saying that the technician wasn’t coming, even though I showed them the messages and voice recordings as proof. After that, they changed their story and said it was another employee who had told me that, not them.

Despite all of this, neither the employee nor the salon owner offered any apology or took responsibility for what happened.

I won’t be going back to this salon again, except for one thing: the Moroccan bath (Hammam Maghribi).
