I swear to God, this is the worst real estate office in Egypt. Unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. They misrepresent the payment schedule, and when calculating the electricity bill, they add extra per kilowatt-hour. If anything in the apartment is broken, God help you, they’ll charge you for it even if it was already broken. When you want to leave the apartment, they record things to get rid of the security deposit you paid at the beginning of the contract. And they usually charge you even more on top of that. You already paid 650 for cleaning, and that covers everything, not 400 on top of that for cleaning the pillows, sheets, and blankets… May God punish them and take revenge on them for every riyal they took unjustly and falsely.

It’s terrible, and unfortunately, if you rent an apartment from them and then try to return it, they’ll claim it’s damaged and deduct the deposit you paid. They’re all liars.
