The worst natural gas company for after-sales service. I don’t recommend them. There’s no smooth maintenance process. You go for maintenance and someone tells you they’ve done enough for today. I’ve tested this at more than one station so no one thinks I’m making things up. I haven’t been able to get maintenance done for a month. The last time I went at 9 AM, someone told me to come back tomorrow at 6 AM. It’s absolutely terrible.
