‼️ ⚠️😵‍💫 أنا كنت عندكم من فترة وقصّيت شعري وظبطت دقني. لما الحلاق عرف إني إيمسي مسيحي، قالي: «ليه؟ أنا كده اتضايقت منك»، وقال لي إن ممكن أروح معاه الجامع مرة وإن عمره ما فات الأوان، وإنه نفسه أروح معاه الجنة.

ده اسمه تمييز، وده غير قانوني.

أنا كنت عايز أقص شعري وأظبط دقني وخلاص، مش عايز أسمع الكلام ده. بعد ١٠ سنين أرجع مصر عشان أتعرض للتمييز في بلدي من ناس جاهلة، حتى إنهم مش قادرين يلتزموا بمبادئ دينهم.

المرة الجاية هبلّغ الشرطة عليكم.

I went to your barbershop some time ago to get a haircut and have my beard done. When the barber found out that I have a Christian name, he said to me, “Why? Now I’m disappointed,” and told me that I could come with him to the mosque sometime and that it was never too late. He said he wanted me to go to paradise with him.

This is called discrimination, and it is illegal.

I just wanted a haircut and my beard done. I didn’t come for this kind of nonsense. I come back to Egypt after 10 years only to be discriminated against in my own country by ignorant people who can’t even follow the principles of their own religion.

Next time, I’ll call the police on you.
