“Azzam Auto ” is the best service center for Ford cars in Egypt. Their team is trustworthy, highly professional, and they work with dedication and expertise to provide top-notch service. They have solutions for any problem your car might face, and they even have the original programming device for Ford cars, which sets them apart from other service centers.

What truly distinguishes “Azzam Auto” is their extensive experience. Engineer Haitham Azzam, who used to be the head of maintenance at the official dealership and worked directly with Ford abroad, manages the center. Alongside him is Engineer Sattouhi, who is an example of integrity, respect, and professionalism, reflecting their high standards.

I’ve tried numerous Ford service centers in Cairo, and I haven’t found anyone better than “Azzam Auto” in terms of professionalism, cleanliness, and organization. Even if they make a rare mistake, they acknowledge it and work to correct it—something that is very rare in this field.
