I highly recommend Ark and the whole team. Everyone was kind, fair, and went above and beyond to help us. They helped us care for an abandoned kitten we found, coordinate with a local woman we met to foster him, and finally with the export papers. Just a great place helping a lot of animals.

I will be forever grateful for Dr Aya and the team! During our time in Egypt our cat had several issues and needed surgery with some boarding at the Ark. We were with another vet before but once we met the team at the Ark there was no return! They are so professional, organized, communication is great and they are gentle with the animals and don’t try and sell you unnecessary stuff. They are the best!!!!

I am thankful for The Ark and glad I chose them to treat my rescue foster. They have always been thorough with things and even discovered a blood parasite I didn’t know my dog had after she came back from ten days on a farm. Because of them I was able to treat her before it became a problem. They have always been professional and even though my dog gets scared when we go there, she actually gets so happy to see the doctors and is playful with them. They got her ready with her vaccines and passport and travel documents. The place is clean and you have the sense you are in good hands. I recommend them.
