Very disappointing experience. The equipment used is of very poor quality, and the level of expertise is far below expectations.
I had my car washed at their branch next to Esplanada Mall, and the result was awful. Surprisingly, the car looked very dirty :/
The young man who washed my car was polite and respectful, but he clearly lacked the necessary training and experience. Unfortunately, good manners alone cannot make up for poor service and inadequate equipment.
