مطعم سيء للغاية ولا أنصح به إطلاقاً. جودة الطعام رديئة. كذبوا علينا، مدعين أن جهاز الدفع الإلكتروني معطل لمجرد الحصول على نقود، ولم يقدموا لنا إيصالاً إلا بعد طلبنا الصريح. كان الموظفون فظين، وانعدمت الشفافية تماماً. محتالون حقيقيون. السعر، الذي كان باهظاً للغاية، لا يعكس بأي حال من الأحوال جودة الخدمة أو المكونات. أتمنى أن يُغلق مكان كهذا في أسرع وقت ممكن. للأسف، لا يوجد خيار لتقييمه بصفر نجمة. اقترحوا عليّ دفع ثمن باقة “الماس”، وهي الأفضل والأغلى، للحصول على إطلالة كاملة على النيل من الصف الأول، لكن جميع الباقات متشابهة لأن لديهم صفاً واحداً فقط، ولا يوجد صف ثانٍ أو ثالث.

Terrible restaurant and absolutely not recommended. The food quality is poor. They lied to us, claiming the card machine (POS) wasn’t working just to get cash, and only provided a receipt upon our explicit request. The staff was unkind, and there was a total lack of transparency. Real scammers. The price, which was definitely exorbitant, does not in any way reflect the quality of the service or the ingredients. I hope a place like this closes down as soon as possible. Unfortunately there is not an option to choose zero stars. They suggest me to pay for a diamond package the best one and most expensive one to get a full nile view at the first line but at the all packages are the same because they only have one line, there is not a second and third line.

الحجز اون لاين وسهولة الحجز وايضاح الباقات والاسعار سهلت الحجز ، طلبت اشياء معينة عالطاولة قبل الوصول باقل من ساعة ولقيت كل شيء جاهز وبعناية خلال الوقت القصير
الجو العام جميل ، الاستقبال في مدخل البرج
ثم الدخول للمطعم واستقبال واشراف الاخ محمد كان راىع جدا اضافة للعازف الجميل عمر كان يوم جميل ، اتمنى التوفيق ليكم

المكان جميل و الفيو رهيب طبعا لكن الخدمة و الاكل سيء بشكل ما تتوقع طلبت برقر والله العيش ما يتقطع تقول بلاستيك حسبي الله بس سبت الاكل زي ماهو وخرجت

It’s valentines day and honestly you guys made our experience the worst….. we thought it would be a romantic dinner and literally paid 4,000 to literally have the worst food, staff, service, and I don’t even think it deserves that much money. We booked for 3 hours and literally sat for a hour and half and then we couldn’t resist how bad everything was, no privacy I was able to hear everything the table beside me were saying. The food is terrible and surprisingly I had to pay extra for another type of chicken because they only serve one type in the package. I would never recommend it to anyone, this is the worst nightmare.
