The bathroom door got locked it took them more than half an hour to open it. The first solution was that they took a metal bar trying to open the door for some reason the guy thought he can open the door with a metal bar. Then the second attempt they got wrong keys and between each attempt is more than 10 minutes. What an absolute joke
Edit(Update): after I posted the review I got called by the manager(I think) telling me how come you post this review after u begged us and he literally said begged us to have a room in this hotel. So instead of offering something as an apology or at least being nice and apologizing for such experience, he becomes rude then starts blaming me😂 am just shocked. Keep it up, you keep impressing me.
