I have order an SO urinary for small breeds and the order was accepted , the next day nothing is received . The third day I called the shop they stated that it is out of stock ! Why no one called me to inform me with this ? I waited for two days without any acknowledge from anyone till I called and then I got informed that it is out of stock only when I called .

I was berated again by your courier and whomever I spoke to on the phone. I called beforehand, and someone from the shop told me that if a payment via my visa card could not be collected, then someone would return in a day or two to collect the payment. I informed him over the phone that I didn’t have Instapay. Regardless, the courier arrived at almost 10 pm and began berating me because he couldn’t get a wifi signal. After I told him multiple times I didn’t have Instapay and would not be withdrawing cash from an ATM, he continued to yell and berate me. He called someone from the shop and handed me the phone. The person on the phone asked if I had Instapay and as I’m answering him, he continued to speak over me for the whole duration not listening to a word I said. I had to ask him, “Did you hear what I said?” And repeat what I had said all over again. Another negative delivery service while being berated by the courier and phone associate. There is no reason to yell at customers.
Additionally, some of their products are very overpriced!
One time they didn’t have the Trixie meat sticks that my cat likes, but they had another brand called Coshida. Trixie costs ~225 to 250 a pack of 5 sticks. Coshida is much cheaper at ~130 for 10. But when I asked them how much the Coshida sticks were, he quoted me 50 EGP per stick. So I asked them to cancel my whole order because I felt I was being scammed and had found the items I needed at another shop. The owner called me to ask why I canceled and apologized saying it was a “technical error,” but that was obviously rubbish.
The extra star is for the owner allowing me to keep an extra bag of cat food for free during a previous negative interaction with an even more aggressive and disrespectful courier, and for them having a decent selection of items.
However, further training is necessary for the associates in how to properly carry out customer interactions. I suppose there is only so much training that can be done at the workplace, some of it should have occurred during childhood, like emotional regulation and how to treat others with respect. It could be a systemic issue within this business in general.
The reason why I don’t pay with cash is because I’m charged a $7 foreign ATM fee by my bank for each withdraw, but I might be inclined to do so with other pet stores just to avoid any further negative interactions with these people.
