I had an awful experience with Donia, who is unfortunately was the only eyelash technician present at the time and most of the time anyway… After keeping me waiting for a ridiculously long time, she simply refused to do my lashes and to make matters worse, she didn’t even bother to apologize! Apparently, she selectively decides who to serve based on whether she likes their appearance or not, with zero valid reasons. This is not an isolated incident; she has a repeated pattern of being extremely rude,
and showing zero remorse or basic courtesy is completely unacceptable. Management desperately needs to address her intolerable behavior. strongly advise everyone to stay away!

انا كنت عايزه بس اعمل شعري سشوار واغسله بجد دي ابسط حاجة ممكن تتعمل ف بيوتي سنتر و بجد اسوأ مرة عملته ف حياتي شعري مزيت جدا و فيه سيروم حطته ف الاخر زيتتهولي اضطريت اروح اغسله من اول و جديد بجد i dont recommend going there at all waste of money & time
