شيء غير مقبول و ضيعوا وقتي علي الفاضي
لكن المستوي بشكل عام جيد

Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I was instructed to arrive at 1:00 PM for an outpatient appointment and be seen in order of arrival. I arrived at 12:55, but there was no one available for check-in and the system did not allow me to check in.

I repeatedly asked about outpatient management and was sent back and forth to the front desk, with staff repeatedly saying the relevant person was unavailable or “in a meeting,” without providing clear or consistent information.

At 1:20, I was told the doctor would be in the clinic at 2:00 PM. At 2:00 PM, I was told he had arrived at the hospital but was going through the ICU and would be in the clinic around 2:45 PM. He ultimately did not show up until 3:00 PM.

The lack of transparency, coordination, and commitment to the stated appointment time was extremely frustrating. If you value your time and expect to be treated with respect and professionalism, I would not recommend this experience.
