The staff needs hospitality courses! The reception insists on me to buy sweet and drink with anything just because i don’t want to eat! They kept asking about what im going to order even though i didn’t enter the place! The charcoal will be replaced once in one hour! I ordered water, it took 15 minutes to be on the table- it wasn’t crowded at all-. Very bad service at all.

The food was really good also the atmosphere was amazing very close to the Nile River. Because we were there at 11 am, it was silent cause it was very few people there. And it was easy to talk. The service is really impressive and they greet you very friendly with a big smile. 😀 It was really clean and even the toilet was clean. The prices were really good and I love it. I would absolutely come back again and highly recommend it for someone who is trying to find an amazing place. Thank you!😊😊

كانت تجربة جيدة الأكل طيب والخدمة ممتازة طاقم محترم وذوق. بس فيه موظف أو أحد المسؤلين للأسف غير بشوشين يسد نفسك وفي منهم يفتح نفسك ويجعلك تدخل المطعم وانت منشرح الصدر ارجو إعادة النظر في موظفينكم وتأهيلهم ع استقبال الزبائن المحترمين بوجه بشوش مو عاقدها 11 كأنك جاي ع بيت أبوه
