This place has degraded massively over the years, came here recently and it was such a disappointment.

Seating
Apart from first row on view, every other table is garbage

Food
Extremely poor, compared to same dishes at The Metropole’s skyview, blue harbour’s food was like cheap cafe food quality
Dessert variety is a joke, a small fridge on the side to pick from with only like 2 options available and of very poor quality too .. compared to skyview where someone comes to your table with a tray that has like 20 different types of dessert to choose from

Service
The staff overall were very dry and unwelcoming, I am the kind of customer who’d generously tip everyone but the staff at blue harbour would make you think twice, again compared to metropole the service is a cheap cafe level

Apart from the view, this place became very disappointing

This used to be a nice place in the past but now, I wouldn’t recommend at all

Try The cruise in the same hotel or SkyView at the metropole and you won’t be disappointed
