Seriously you’re charging 2000 Egp for just sitting at a table ? It’s a shitty bar in a shitty area in cairo low class . Really doesn’t worth going it’s a big Dissappointment.

🛑 Warning: If you’re considering Qoya, think twice❗️
I rarely write harsh reviews, but my experience with Qoya left me thoroughly disappointed—and honestly, questioning how such a setup operates. Here’s a breakdown of the nightmare:
– 💰 Overpriced beyond logic: What you see online?
Forget it. The advertised prices are a mirage. Once you commit, mysterious “service fees” and hidden add-ons inflate the cost into absurd territory.
Cairo might offer affordable alternatives, but Qoya chose greed.
– 🕵️ Suspicious deals galore: Promotions that change overnight, unclear refund policies, and zero transparency.
I’m still unsure if the “mentioned price” existed.
– 🚫 Deceptive pricing practices: Listings bait you with one price, only for the final bill to look like a scam. Even basic options were padded with unjustified charges.
– 😡 Terrible experience, even in Cairo: In a city known for warm hospitality and good value, Qoya manages to miss the mark. Service was cold, chaotic, and more focused on extracting cash than creating a positive customer experience.
– 🧾 Support that gaslights you: Complaints are met with vague replies, deflections, or flat-out denial.
Trying to resolve issues felt like entering a maze designed to wear you down.
Unless you enjoy overpaying for frustration and confusion, save your time and money. This platform’s reputation—at least from what I experienced—is built on smoke and mirrors.
💥Now I can barely approve that all the positive ratings given are completely fake .
Awful experience ever with negative energy and bad feelings.

They are greedy when you want to go as a single person . They want to charge 2000 EGP as minimum charge for only sitting in the bar instead of a table .
Dj is excellent .
Chairs are not comfortable at all , if you sit for continous 2 hours your back pains you alot .

Came to this place right after a terrible experience next door, and I’m so glad I did. The staff treated me like royalty—so kind, respectful, and genuinely welcoming. Kareem, in particular, was amazing: friendly, professional, and attentive.
Even when there was a small mistake with the bill (I was charged for an extra item I didn’t order), I didn’t mind paying because Kareem really took care of us with such a great attitude.
The WiFi wasn’t working at first, which can be tough for travelers, but the manager or owner personally came over to help us connect—at least he tried, and the effort meant a lot.
The food was excellent, and the lemon mint drink? Just wow.
I’ll definitely be back before I leave Cairo. Huge thanks to the team for the awesome service—see you again soon!
