worst customer service, impolite personel, vague web sites, after ordering 2 leashes online, that did not mention anything what so ever about size, was surprised that they are small size, the respectable employee at arkan branch refused to exchange it and said that I should ve done that within 14 days, which by the way was neither mentioned on the website nor the receipt, will be definitely the last time to deal with this disrespectful shop
