كانت إقامتي من 2 إلى 5 أغسطس. إجراءات تسجيل الدخول كانت سريعة، وتم تسكيننا قبل الموعد الرسمي، وكان الشاطئ نظيفًا وهو أفضل جزء في الفندق.

لكن للأسف واجهنا مشكلة كبيرة لأن الغرفة كانت Connecting Room، وكنا نسمع كل الأصوات من الغرفة المجاورة حتى وقت متأخر من الليل، مما أفقدنا الإحساس بالخصوصية. طلبنا تغيير الغرفة من أول يوم، لكن لم يتم توفير بديل إلا مع دفع تكلفة إضافية ولم يتم حل المشكلة او الرد علي بوكينج بحل المشكلة وتجاهل من جهة الإدارة بمشكلة فعلية مع عميل .

الغرفة حالتها مقبولة، لكن البلكونة لم يتم تنظيفها طوال فترة الإقامة. كما أن جودة الإفطار والطعام في مطاعم الفندق كانت أقل من المتوقع مقارنة بسعر الإقامة.

بشكل عام، أرى أن الفندق مناسب أكثر للـ Day Use، ولا يقدم قيمة حقيقية مقابل السعر. لن أكرر
الإقامة مرة أخرى.

I stayed at the hotel from August 2 to August 5. Check-in was quick, and we were allowed to access our room before the official check-in time. The beach was clean and was definitely the best part of the resort.

Unfortunately, our room was a connecting room, and we could hear conversations, laughter, and noise from the neighboring room until late at night. It felt like we had no privacy. We requested a room change from the first day, but the only option offered was a paid upgrade.

The room itself was acceptable, but the balcony was never cleaned during our stay. The breakfast and the food quality at the hotel’s restaurants were also below expectations for the price we paid.

Overall, I believe this hotel is more suitable for a day use visit than for an overnight stay. In my opinion, it does not offer good value for money, and I would not choose to stay here again.
