Asked them to turn on the AC, they claimed it was on, then went to turn it on, didn’t start. The manager Bishoy was rude, we decided to leave to the next door cafe, without complaining about the attitude, waited for the coffee we had ordered, when we paid for it he complained that our 2025 issued 100 bill was “light” my husband asked him, are you saying it’s fake? He replied: I don’t know, it’s light, paid with a debit card and left the coffee and told him that we are actually leaving because of his attitude. We live in the same street and all cafe’s in the area offer AC and the staff are sweet.

Tried their Nutella jar and literally everything tasted phenomenal & fresh. It was a bit too sugary for my taste though (&maybe bc I got a large jar) so I had to eat it over the span of a few days but still very enjoyable! The staff was also very nice when I was picking up my order.
