This is the worst hotel experience I’ve had. It is extremely bad and we had too many issues with the place –
1) The staff is very rude and they try to take advantage of you.
2) They extra charged us 10% saying it was bank charges
3) They tried to rip us off by charging a higher exchange rate, then we had to argue and show the correct rate on google.
4) The room was very dirty with hair on the floor and stains all over. The bedsheets had dirt all over and the bed was not well made at all.
5) The hotel did not provide for towels and we had to ask for them every time, first they would give hand towels and after multiple times of asking, they gave the towels.
6) The food was extremely bad and stale, and they refused to provide a second cup of coffee even though it was a buffet
7) The Wi-Fi does not work at all areas and is super slow.
Because of all these issues we had to leave the hotel early and change, of course the hotel refused to give a refund. For checkout also they made up wait for 1 hr.
Please save yourself the trouble and avoid this hotel.

Honestly, it doesn’t qualify as a respectable place to stay.

Places like this are what ruin Egypt’s tourism reputation. There’s no system or credibility in the booking process.
I don’t recommend booking with them.
