I would love to take a moment to share my amazing experience at Byblos. From the very first greeting, the staff were incredibly friendly, lovely, and welcoming. The hospitality was beyond anything I expected — truly outstanding.
The food was absolutely amazing, and everything was handled with such professionalism. You can really feel how much they care about their guests. Special thanks to Mina, who was kind, friendly, and recommended a dish for us — it was super delicious!
I’m writing this review because I forgot to tell them before we left how wonderful they are. You are truly the best. Keep going, guys!

It is a very elegant and beautifully designed restaurant. It truly gives a luxurious impression.
The staff are professional, kind, and attentive, and their service was excellent.
However, the place was quite noisy. The guests sitting behind us were talking loudly, and their child was running and playing around, which made it hard to enjoy the calm atmosphere I expected.
As for the food, it was good overall but could be improved.
The seafood soup was excellent, the fattoush was too salty, and the seafood mix grill was decent but could be better.
I expected the food to be outstanding, but it was average.
Overall, it’s a beautiful and classy place

A mix of Syrian & Lebanese cuisine, Byblos Restaurant offers a variety of tasty and authentic meals. From Ouzi, grilled Halloumi, to Mix Grills, the menu is wide and satisfying.
Albeit a little slow on the service side, Byblos has a fantastic view of the Beach, overseeing the Four Seasons Hotel Beach and the Alexandrian typical busy roads with yellow and black old cabs.
Too hungry? A basket of fresh Arabic bread shall be served with a small appetizer after you’ve placed your order, symbolic of the Arab generosity.
