The food was good, but the service wasn’t.

i got it delivered. it was old and reheated, nothing was fresh. the bread was old the chicken overcooked and dry overloaded by sauces and missing cheese and lettus. i am not picky at all and dont usually leave reviews but this was really bad.

Pros:
• Good air-conditioning and overall atmosphere
• Clean tables and service
• Fries were nice, so were the chicken
• Friendly staff and the manager made sure to have feedback (I think he saw us taking photos so he got worried lol)
• Clean bathroom
Cons:
• A bit slow service
• The manager was speaking to his staff kinda loud and we could hear the tension going on
• The rice wasn’t good
An overall good experience but could do better.

One of the worst experiences,
Only the first time was good, the second time the sandwiches were burnt, and the next one, the buns came wet as they put it with the pepsi in the same bag.
I’ve called twice to inform about the issues, they apologized and said someone will call me and they never did!
And this time the coleslaw is rotten!!!!
I’m very disappointed, I will never order from this place again
