Food takes forever to come out, waited 40 minutes so simple food that is not worth it

The food was definitely not worth the 45 mins wait or the cost. Major disappointment.

Honestly, this Takosan branch was a complete disappointment. The wait time for our order was ridiculously long, and when the food finally arrived, it wasn’t fresh. The fries were cold despite how long we had waited. The seating area was far from clean, and the overall hygiene of the place was terrible.
the guy preparing the tacos was yelling over them, and I’m pretty sure some spit ended up in there. The food itself was hard to enjoy, and you’d think, at the very least, they would have tissues available—but guess what? They don’t.
This is definitely not the place to pay 1,500 EGP for food. I’v ate in places that cost way less with better quality, ambiance, speed and hygiene.

I had two pieces of pulled meat taco and got disappointed by the low quantity of meat and the bad taste of it . Not recommended.
