A very, very bad shopping experience. It feels like you’re in a cheap, low-class store, not a global brand. The changing room attendant stood there completely uninterested, looking at her phone. While we waited our turn next to her, customers kept coming in and opening doors. When we complained, explaining that we were waiting and that she wasn’t paying attention to the customers, her responses were incredibly rude and disrespectful, as if we were in a low-class, tenth-rate store. Can you believe an attendant told a customer, “Didn’t you ask for the manager? Just be quiet!”

The customer service was terrible and extremely poor. I placed an online order, and it’s been two weeks late. When I contacted customer service to ask about the delay, they canceled the order on their end, claiming I was the one who canceled it. They even deducted the money from my bank account. They were incredibly rude and disrespectful.
