I walked a long time to get to it and then they said that they only work online and i can’t buy directly from the shop so why did they open it they should label it as storage only and also gave us wrong direction

Never buying from this place again!!
I ordered a variety of milk bottles. 1 of them expires the day after tomorrow! It was on their shelves for a whole month!!! And they deliver it to me when it’s going to expire in 2 days!! And the other 2 milk bottles have only 5 days left to expire! I had to call them 5 times, and by the 2nd time they told me they’re sending a courier to switch the milk. But no one showed up, so we called again and again and finally after midnight and by the 5th call they told us no we didn’t say we’re sending anyone and we can’t exchange the milk to begin with and they hung up on us.
They are some of the most indecent human beings I’ve met!

Today I am exceptionally upset with FoodPlus. My order is over an hour and a half late. We order online because the service is available when other places are not open yet. By motorbike it would take 5 minutes to get here. Walking would take 15minutes. Please don’t place misleading advertisements about your delivery time. 45minutes delivery time is an estimate, I am aware, but no call and no reason why there is no delivery after 1 hour and 40minutes of no show? Not happy with this. 😔Most of the morning traffic has abated. So traffic is not even an excuse. 😞
