NOT PROFESSIONAL , DISRESPECTFUL ,only care about taking the MONEY , waste your TIME and effortlessly LIE!! I asked them before paying if the car is available for IMMEDIATE purchase and the sale person confirmed that as i told them i need the car urgently , and i asked for a certain specific feature in the car “ was available in earlier patches “ and he confirmed twice that it will be there . Paid the deposit and and after it i paid the down payment only for them to start procrastinating in delivering the car . Which i later discovered it WAS NOT there to start with and the sale-man “ with the knowledge of his manager” made the choice not to tell me this info . Then 2 weeks late they handed the car WITHOUT the special feature they confirmed that it was there and WITHOUT the paper and stated that it will come in 4 days without any means to use the car !! Coasting me money and time wasted and when i posted my problem on fb the only compensation they offered is handing me temporary car plates until they can give me the papers !! Again not even offering any solutions !! They don’t have proper mangers nor proper problem solving skills !!

Edit: on top of what is mentioned below, it turned out that they were supposed to give me a warranty booklet and they never did. Just stay away from this place.
The sales person was very nice. On the other hand, documents handling and the process of handing off the car was horrible. The worst that stands out is I was given the car with almost no gas at all. It is up to your luck to make it to a gas station before the car runs out of gas. Tried giving feedback to the manager but he put the blame on every possible employee of his without claiming any sort of accountability for running this bizarre place.
