Worst cx service experience I’ve have dealt with at any store or specifically at an Apple authorised reseller, Most of the reps work there are so unprofessional & uneducated about apple product. However that’s something that I can barely by pass but the man behind the counter there is very rude to a point that I felt irritated from just dealing with him for a couple of minutes. I’ve only submitted this bad review after hearing from other having similar experience at this exact store location 👎👎

I’d an exceptional experience in Smouha branch , Abdel Rahman & Nada were so nice & more than helpful..went for a product and left with it along with 2 additional accessories..thank you

Worst service ever!!! The store manager were yelling at me , they can see where is the issue and can’t do anything about it, they don’t care about the customers they only care about their system

i spilled coffee on my laptop and went there for them to help me immediately but they told me we are gonna call you back in five days
they called and i recieved the laptop and found out that they didn’t clean the laptop and they charged me a 750 LE for cleaning they haven’t done, the coffee is still on the laptop they didn’t even bother to wipe it clean.
the keyboard also still has coffee underneath and i don’t know what to do
the worst customer service ever
