This bank is extremely bad, and the staff’s treatment is awful. I don’t recommend anyone deal with this bank.

The bank has no system; the employees are always away from their desks, daydreaming, and there’s unnecessary waiting. There aren’t any customers at all.

The cashier deliberately misled me about the amount I requested to withdraw in dollars on Thursday, August 29, 2024.
The amount I requested and signed for was $2450.
But they replaced a $50 bill with a $20 bill.
