I came for money exchange a simple transaction uae dirham to Egyptian pound could not be processed the excuse was the system is not working so the answer the teller section gave me is to go to a different bank or exchange even though I’m an emirates nbd customer in Dubai this would never happen . I thought if i am an emirates nbd customer in Dubai I will be treated the same in any branch around the world but I been mistaken . Poor customer services and unhelpful behavior was my experience in this branch . Thank you
