I placed an order on your website, and the order arrived missing two items. I filed a complaint, and every day when I call you tell me that the order will arrive tomorrow, but nothing ever comes. Is it acceptable for a customer to receive an order with half of it missing without even informing the customer or apologizing that the order will arrive incomplete? You don’t even answer to my what’s app messages. Very disappointing service

Yesterday I ordered a cup of dark hot chocolate and paid 140 pounds, but after checking the receipt I found it was for a bottle of water worth 20 pounds. The cashier should be careful, otherwise 120 pounds went into his pocket by mistake. 🙂

One of the best spots for breakfast and coffee. The quality is amazing, and they also offer a wide variety of perfectly crafted Belgian chocolate. Definitely a place worth visiting..

I always take a break here when I’m around, the croissant here might be the best in Cairo, flakey, buttery, good value for money. The triple chocolate chocolate mousse is delicious and the coffee as well. Very quick and friendly service.

Just visited Wunder Cafe and I was impressed! Their chocolate barks(their chocolate in general) are incredible – loved them! The coffee was great too. Grabbed a triple chocolate pastry and a plain croissant to go – so delicious! Highly recommend!
