Absolutely loved this café! From the moment we walked in, everything was perfect. The atmosphere is cozy, stylish, and incredibly welcoming. The food was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented, and the drinks were amazing—definitely some of the best I’ve had in a long time.
What really made the experience exceptional was the staff. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great time. Their professionalism, positive attitude, and attention to detail were outstanding.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I was handed a hot coffee with no lid and expected to secure it myself—resulting in scalding coffee spilling all over me. This is basic safety and customer care, not a luxury. Completely careless and irresponsible. Would not recommend.

Great service every time I visit. The staff are friendly and polite, the café is clean and quiet, and it gives a real sense of comfort. grabbed a refreshing iced blend from CAF Café in Zaid’s it quickly became my go-to spot for a quick caffeine fix on the go.
The atmosphere earns a solid 5/5: It’s a blend of contemporary chic and casual comfort, with spacious outdoor terraces featuring black umbrellas for shade, large standing fans to beat the heat, black modern chairs and tables scattered amid hedges and trees, and a lively crowd of locals chatting or working on laptops. The drink itself was a highlight (5/5)—I opted for what looked like their Caramel Blend
Service was efficient and welcoming (4/5)—the staff handled my order quickly despite a steady flow of customers, with friendly recommendations and no wait at the counter. It was a tad busy, but that’s expected in such a popular spot.

The coffee here is easily one of the best I’ve had in Cairo, smooth, rich, and full of flavor. The staff are genuinely friendly, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. It’s a great spot to relax or work. They also offer several milk alternatives like oat, almond, and coconut milk, which is a nice touch. No wait time, plenty of parking, and suitable for all group sizes. Highly recommend if you’re in the area.
