The clinic is very, very good, and the doctors are respectful and excellent. However, unfortunately, the receptionist is very bad. I’ve been going there for over two years, and she always treats people very badly. She never smiles or welcomes anyone entering the clinic and acts as if she owns the place and is favored over other patients. Even when she calls to make an appointment, she speaks very rudely. It’s best to replace her because several people have gone to the clinic and complained about her manner of speaking, her tone, and her treatment of patients and clients. In short, she is not professional at all. There are other people who have been there several times and are much better than her.

To be honest, I was once a regular patient at the clinic and was always very welcoming and hospitable to everyone there.
The prices are excellent compared to other clinics.
I will never forget Dr. Diaa; his work was truly outstanding, from his professionalism and the cleanliness of the clinic to his dedication to finishing my appointment late into the night, respecting our travel plans for the following day.
